1. Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
- Wrong product received.
Note: Opened packages or fresh items are not eligible unless damaged on delivery.

2. Return Window

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Late requests cannot be processed.

3. How to Request a Return

Include your order ID and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placement. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.

6. Jurisdiction

All return and refund matters fall under the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat.
